what happens if you miss a probation meeting and also don't show up to a court and go on the run and the cops are looking for you. And you are a known gang member. how much time can you get if you turn yourself in a couple weeks later?

If you violate probation, you can get anything up to the maximum for the offense that got you on probation in the first place.
Not showing up for court, or failure to appear (FTA) is a new crime. If your original charge was a felony, FTA is a felony, too.
The longer you're on the run, the more likely a FTA charge will stick. Contact the lawyer who represented you in the probation case for more information. Strangers on the Internet can't give you informed advice, but your lawyer can.
