Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My mom was receiving a Restitution, but passed away suddenly. How can I get her my moms' Restitution put in my name and continue to receive it.

I'm sorry for your loss. The remaining restitution payments belong to your mother's estate. If she has an executor, ask him what your rights are. You may be entitled to some or all of the money, but getting it may be a bit more involved than you realize.
