money laundry, cheating on IRS and FBI, is OK?
i have information, and nobody buy that, from money laundry, to cheat on insurance fraud on insurance companey , and cheat on IRS, becasue judge said it is ok to defendent? is it ok? or just not ok for people like me, and for others it is ok? can judge do that?

I am not sure what your question is. If you are charged of these crimes then consult with an attorney. Either hire a private one or if you cannot afford one, the public defender will be appointed.
If someone else has been accused of these crimes in an incident wholly unrelated to yours and they avoided prosecution, that will have no bearing on your case.
If there is another defendant responsible in the same case you are facing, then you will have to discuss this with your attorney.
