money owed to bails bonds man

my son jump bail, bailsbonds man arrest him, he went to jail

serve time. he recieved a letter from bonds men saying he

owed him for certain amount of money and if he didnt pay he

would arrest him again. can the bails bonds man arrest him?

and does he have to pay if he already serve his ti

The money requested by the Bailbondsman is to recover the costs incurred when your son jumped bail. These costs include the costs imposed by the court and the cost of tracking him down and arresting him. I seems unlikely that he can arrest him for non payment. However, he could be sued for that sum. The person who posted the bail and guaranteed the bond could also be sued. This could result in additional costs for him and the person posting the bail.

These charges are the result of his conduct. He should arrange to pay them.
