Motion for judge to release property from search warrant

How do you prepare papers for motion for a judgement to release specific items from a search warrant that were taken but are legally mine.(felony charge, warrant was for my roomate)

I would like to get my medication that they took back due to i need them. but would not like to spend alot of money getting them so i would like to file the pappers, can you help me?

Check with your local county law library. Or if your local college has a paralegal program the 'form' books may be available there. The form books will have some sample motions and the order for the judge to sign that you'll have to prepare. Be sure and call the judge's clerk to find out when the motion needs to be set. Set the matter off at least 15 days if you mail notice. Also serve the D. A. so that they may reply or you are spinning your wheels.
