motion to supress the evidence
if during the time of representation, counsel is struck with a life threating disease , and counsel makes a big mistake that could cost you the case, what can i do ?

If you lost confidence in your lawyer you should get another one. Perhaps your lawyer will agree and might even refund part of the retainer. If your lawyer is on board, both of you can ask the court to get another counsel.
If the lawyer is not cooperative, you might have to ask the court by yourself.
