Can defendant file motion to vacate order of jail time & community service in lieu of a fine? Misdemeanor charge

The attorney you retain can file a motion to set aside an ill-advised guilty plea and take the case to trial, or maybe get a better deal.

A defendant can always (pretty much) ask the court, in a written or oral motion, for a change in sentence. Better handled by a lawyer.
