Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I would appreciate it if someone other than Mr. Stone would answer my question since he obviously cannot be objective about this. I understand I was in the wrong, but I am here to ask for legal advice for myself as anyone should be able to without judgement. So please, can I get another lawyer's unbiased/objective opinion. And Mr. Stone please refrained from commenting. I've heard enough. Thank you to the other lawyer who gave me real advice by the way.

Posting this question one last time just for clarification. What legal actions could be taken against me?

Ok. So I posted some pics of my nude ex on the internet. She threatened to call the police, file a report and take me to court unless I take them down and pay her "legal fees". She gave me 24hrs, and said the police would not proceed unless they came down. I took them down immediately. We agreed that I would pay her within two weeks. Now that I asked her for a copy of the invoice of her fees from her lawyer, she's pressing me to pay by tomorrow or else she'll proceed with police action. I dont have the money off hand, and paying her is the only way to drop the situation. Aside form the fact that I am an ass for doing this...is what she is doing considered extortion?

Please straight objective legal advice...no opinions!!!

So then I should pay her? Is the answer Im getting....

What legal action could be take against me then?

It's unethical for an attorney to threaten criminal charges if you don't pay. It sounds like it is coming from her. I think it is extortion.
