Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
When a murder case is over and the paper work says, "charge severity: F" and "offense degree: F" what does it mean??

The first "F" probably means felony. Murder is always a felony.
I'm guessing the second "F" means it is first degree murder, but it's hard to be sure without knowing where you saw this.
