Murder trials

Can there still be a murder trial if the

suspect is dead, as long as their is

enough evidence to prosecute? And if

so, and the deceased suspect has no

family to hire defense, would a public

defender be assigned.

No. Dead people are never prosecuted, no matter how strong the evidence against them may be.
