Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
When someone has muscular distrophy and is arrested then is put in a whhelchair that they have to puch but cant because theyre immoble thats ok?

Please expand on your comment. Mistreatment or discrimination directed against disabled persons who are arrested or jailed is illegal and can be the subject of a civil rights lawsuit. Requiring the arrestee or inmate to perform some task they are unable to do, for example push their own wheelchair, could be a constitutional violation. I would like to hear your story in much greater detail. Watch out for legal time limits.
