I have the following theft related charges that I have done in my past unfortunately. Many were felonies. I have paid all my charges and fines and in all case probation was granted and I never went to state prison luckily and I was wondering what are my chances of possibly dropping the felonies into misdemeanors and hopefully then expunging those misdemeanors. Thanks.

It looks like the charges are wobblers, and therefore could be reduced to misdemeanors. I would advise you to seek a qualified attorney to attempt to expunge and reduce each offense. Call with any questions. 661-2671313 Dave Wallin
