Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

MY NIEGHBOR IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHICH SEPARATES US ABOUT 1/2 ACRE,IS MY MOTH-IN-LAW,AND WE'VE BEEN HAVING SOME DISAGREEMENTS,(FAMILY ISSUE)ANYWAY,I HAD 1 OF THE PERSONS THAT LIVES WITH HERE OVER TO VISIT,AND I WAS INFORM'D THAT SHE SITS AT HER KITCHEN TABLE AND IS DOCUMENTING EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON OVER HERE AT MY HOME.WHO COMES BY,THE TIME,CAR ,AND WHEN THEY LEAVE. I WAS ALSO TOLD CAMCORDERS(2) WERE ON THE TABLE,BUT DIDNT KNO IF THEY WERE ON. I THINK IT NONE OF HER BUSINESS. IS THAT CONSIDERED STOCKING A PERSON? SHOULD I CALL THE POLICE,? TO WARN HER. i KNO SHE HARMLESS,BUT THATS A LITTLE SCARY......

Stalking is a course of conduct, coupled with a credible threat of harm directed at someone. I didn't read any threats in your question, so it doesn't sound like stalking.

She's free to make whatever observations she wants. As long as she's on her property, she appears not to be violating any laws...
