You haven't given us enough information. What is your neighbor saying, and to whom? Has anything happened to you as a result? Do you have any particular reason to believe anything will? You might get a better answer if you re-post your question and explain what's going on.

my thoughts too. and technically it is a civil question, so you might re-post in the Civil section as well.
With what you've provided, all I can think of, is file a police report to counter their police report (if any). Good luck!
