Your question indicates you haven't hired a competent private lawyer yet, which is a shame because many DV cases can be successfully defended; and pleading guilty to a DV charge can really, really mess up your life for years to come. Hire your lawyer in time to have the lawyer present at your first court date. You have the right to a public defender if you can't afford a lawyer, but probably all you will get from the public defender is a sales pitch about why you should plead guilty. Borrow the money from a relative if you have to. There are no "findings of the court" unless you plead guilty or the jury convicts you. The police report will be given to your lawyer on your first court date, and your lawyer will then request other information ("discovery") from the DA. The DA is certainly free to share any blood or urine test results with your spouse, but this won't be the DA's first priority. Maybe your lawyer can have the blood or urine tests ruled inadmissible in evidence.
