how do i obtain my police report for the sacramento sheriff department

The best thing to do is contact the Sacramento Sheriff Department and ask them for a copy of the report. They may charge you a fee for copying the record.
If you are subject to a criminal charge, you should be able to receive a copy of the report as part of the discovery package from the prosecutor.
