Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
On Oct 1, the new law passed allowing people who are sentenced to serve State timemay now serve there time at the county facilities. I was sentenced to 13 months and need to turn myself in on Oct 11. My lawyer said that Bacca stated I should serve 6 months or less. Could you please let me know what the percentge at Lynwood is now? And how much time do you think I will have to do?
