second offense

hi im on informal probation ..was offered dej 1 week before completing i was picked up for suspision of being under the influence/ of a controlled substance and displaying false registration i have since received my certificate of completion. what are the penalties i may face .

You may be in violation of your probation. The penalties are serving the entire underlying term to the charge to which you plead guilty. Not likely though. Gets complicated with new offenses involved.
