second offense posession charge

I have recently recievied a 2nd misdemeanor for the posession of marijuana (less than 1 gram). My first case had been dismissed and I am a legally Medicinal User. I was wondering what options would be in court? Thankyou.

If you are a legal user and your paperwork checks out, your case (whether 1st, 2nd or 3rd) should be dismissed.
