Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
An officer enters my yard and finds a bag with paraphenailia in it. He says its mine. What do I do?

The short answer is - get a lawyer. There may be a viable motion to suppress any evidence found if the entry into your yard was illegal. Further, they have to prove anything illegal that was found is yours.
