Official Misconduct

In the State of California, what Code and section number do you cite when charging a Judge with Judicial Misconduct when the Judge proceeds to hear a criminal misdameanor case when the Court lacks personum jurisdict? Also what code and section number would you use to charge the judge for refusing the accused a court reporter?

Your attorney will be able to answer this one.

You have no business playing amateur lawyer in a misdemeanor case. Unless you feel like doing a year in the slammer, stop doing whatever it is you are doing right now, and either hire an attorney or get the court to appoint one for you.
