Official Misconduct
In the State of California, what Code and section number do you cite when charging a Judge with Judicial Misconduct when the Judge proceeds to hear a criminal misdameanor case when the Court lacks personum jurisdict? Also what code and section number would you use to charge the judge for refusing the accused a court reporter?

You have no business playing amateur lawyer in a misdemeanor case. Unless you feel like doing a year in the slammer, stop doing whatever it is you are doing right now, and either hire an attorney or get the court to appoint one for you.

Judicial misconduct can be reported to the Council on Judicial Performance. You can get the form on the internet at the official website. Fill out the form and submit it.
