keep away order
If the person who places a keep away order on a idividual, voilates by makeing attempts to contact the keep away person, will the keep away individual be breaking the law ?

NO!! The protected person can contact the retrained individual. However, absent Court Order, the restrained person may not violate the restraining order. To remedy this you must either get your own restraining order agaist the protected person, or just ignore thier attempts to contact!!
