my boyfriend was arrested on a felony warrant for burglary never been in trouble before . will he be able to be or'ed from court

I presume your boyfriend is being charged and prosecuted here in California.
While I am not sure I understand your question correctly, your boyfriend is entitled to have a bail hearing where the court will decide how high his bail will be. If your boyfriend is able to bail out, he will be released. Otherwise, he will be in custody until his case is over.
