Overcharge conviction
I found a phone at a shopping mall,
and cameras can confirm that it was
left behind , and I picked up it up. I
also turned the phone back to the
police and now getting charged with a
pc 487 a m ?? Do u think the charges
can be reduced??

It sounds like you may have good facts to make use of by your attorney. Your case needs a highly qualified attorney. Do not plead guilty without having a lawyer do everything possible to get the charge dismissed
