going overseas

I'm on informal misdomeanor probation in California for a wet and reckless. Will that have any effect if I wanted to Fly overseas

Being on informal probation will not matter. You are free to move about and leave the country. If you are a non-citizen however make sure that you will not be prevented from entering U.S. on your way back by your criminal record. If wet reckless is all you have it will not be a problem.
