You can either allow time for your attorney to get better or retain new counsel. It really depends on how much of a hurry you are in to complete the process. Many times, when we have performed this type of work, haste is a major factor, so we attempt to accomplish the entire process in a very short time. So those are your 2 choices, as I see them. Attorneys are like everyone else. They get sick, they get hurt, they sometimes go to the hospital. Last year, I was in the hospital and most of my clients understood. We all have things that happen, that's life. Give you attorney a chance to get the stuff done.
Good luck
