parole arrest allowing warentless search of premice

when you allow a person to use your phone..the police watched him enter the house, when then comeing into the house without warrent, arrest him for under the influence(found to be negative)

ask him where is all the dope, and not only access the premices but search residents and premice because he was allowed to enter the house.?
