Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my parole discharge date was 11-23-11. I was in on a parole violation when my discharge date came up i was still held two days after the 23rd. I had no holds, wants, warrants or charges. I would like to know if I can sue.

Not likely. A parole violation right before your discharge date is just like any other parole violation. You are not entitled to escape the consequences just because of the timing.
