As a family member of a parolee what are my rights as far as police or parole agent searching my home if parolee is not registered at my address

Same rights as if you didn't know the parolee. To accept a parolee into your home to live there are certain rights that you have to waive. And that's set forth very clearly by the parol agent when they visit to inspect.
