Parole Violation
my boyfriend already served time in prison for stealing a car. got out and paroled. then we moved 4 states away and did not tell his parole officer anything.he's not getting into trouble,just wants to know if they can extradite him back to california

He probably has a felony arrest warrant for parole violation in the system. These warrants are available in every state. He should retain a attorney in California to contact the parole department and see if he can make arrangements to continue parole in the new state, without having to come to California and serve jail time.
