parole violation
my friend was put in jail last friday for parole violation because I did not know he has special cirsc. and I had un opened alchol in his refigrator and he forgot to tell me about the alchol, now hes getting a year sentence

Has he already accepted the year offer? He is entitled to a hearing and has the right to have you subpoenaed as a witness. I have done parole revocation hearings before, if you are interested in having your friend represented, feel free to contact me.
