Can Parolee's Ever Bail?

If a parole violator has gone to board & has signed for 9 months on violation, but is still fighting his case (new charges) in court and eventually exceeds his violation time, is it possible for them to post bail (assuming that their parole hold gets lifted)?

Yes, if parole hold is lifted bail should be available. However, the fact that one is on parole will most likely push the bail amount higher than what it would otherwise be.

As soon as the judge figures out that you can't stay out of trouble for more than a couple of months at a time, he'll turn off his hearing aid.

True, once the PV has been served in full release on bail is possible...Until a Court/DA realizes it and tries to increase bail.
