parollee with warrants for traffic tickets
my freind was just released from state prision. when he went to get a california i.d., {his license is suspended due to child support issues),he was informed that he has 5 warrants for traffic tickets! how can this be and what now?

Assuming the underlying offenses for the warrants are merely failing to appear or failing to pay traffic tickets, the warrants can likely be recalled with the help of an attorney and for a reasonable fee.
