Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
patronizing a massage clinic...
If a customer visits a massage clinic and gets a legal massage (i.e. no sex services) using a credit card, and months later that clinic is shut down by authorities for offerring illegal services (prostitution), can that customer be prosecuted for simply using the clinic even though they didn't receive sexual services and wasn't aware that the establishment engaged in such activities?

Can you be prosecuted, as stated by Mr. Stone, yes. Whether or not you will be prosecuted will depend upon the information provided to the police by the employees. You should not talk to the police without an attorney.
