If I pay my girlfriends fine will it help her for not going to jail.

If your girlfriend has a fine due to the court, she (or someone) has to pay it or she will risk a probation violation, which could result in jail time. If she is (also) ordered to do jail, she has to report to jail. Your question lacks clarity. Post again with more information, if it has not been answered.
