pc503, does age matter in a case???
i'm 18yrs old... and i'm being charged under CA law Cal. Penal Code, Section 490.5 and pc503. i have never gotten into trouble with the law before, just driving without a license and that wa fixed within two weeks. and i'm being charged by my first real job, and how is this going to affect future job opportunities? and i'm also a full time college student. is going to school in cosideration when they prosecute?

The fact that you have no criminal record to speak of, that you are very young and that you go to school could be very helpful. However, in themselves these things do not mean a case would be automatically dismissed. You need to consult a lawyer in order to fully and accurately evaluate your case. A criminal record can have very negative consequences for your life and you need to do everything you can to avoid one.
