Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I appeared in court for the above violation, I it was dropped to a misdmenor, with 30 days in jail and three years probation. I have by your request to hired a good criminal lawyer and a priviate investigator to reenact the scene to prove that their stories were collaborated an untrue. My question to you is if I am found not guilty and all charges are dropped which is my hope can I counter sue for my lawyer fees and bail money that I had to post to be bailed out?

No. You would only be able to recover if you could show that the prosecution knew you were innocent and went forward with the case anyway. Such things rarely happen, and are even more rarely proven in trial. Nothing you have said suggests that this has happened to you, let alone that you could prove it.

You should focus on beating the charges, not on suing the government.
