Plea bargain agreement filed.
What does this mean?

Ordinarily, a 1385 dismissal is the DA dismissing the charges, either in the interest of justice or because their case is compromised and they can't proceed.
With a plea agreement filed, it may mean that there was a dismissal in lieu of something done by the defendant - community service, drug counseling, etc.
