what does PC 1203.2(A) F mean?
there is also a PC 422 F under it.. what does this all mean?
1 Answer from Attorneys
The first one is a little vague. It is not clear whether you mean Penal Code section 1203.2, subdivision (a), or Penal Code section 1203.2a, which are two different sections.
Both sections involve violation of probation. Penal Code section 1203.a is here: http://law.onecle.com/california/penal/1203.2a.html
Penal Code section 1203.2, subdivision (a) is here: http://law.onecle.com/california/penal/1203.2.html
Penal Code section 422 is the statute dealing with a person who threatens to commit a crime that will result in death or great bodily injury to another person. You can read that section here: http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/cacode/PEN/3/1/11.5/s422
