Q. How do I find out who made this allocations, and if these are not true, do I NEED ATTORNEY?

The District Attorney files all criminal cases. The name of the alleged victim should be in the criminal complaint filed with the court.
Yes, you need an attorney any time you are charged with a crime. If you can't afford to hire your own lawyer, the judge will appoint one when you go to court.

I agree with Mr. Marshall. The District Attorney decide which charges to file. The person making the allegations is either the witness, or the investigating detective.
