PC M273A(B) what is the first offensive for this charge...and what if you never knew about this, and it 3 1/2 years old

I am not sure your question ...do you mean you were charged with domestic violence 3.5 years ago and never knew about it (now you have a warrant) -- or -- you are being charged now, as a first offense, for some event that was 3.5 years ago?
If the latter, presumably especially if, as it appears, if it is a misdemeanor, the statute of limitations has run ... consult some local criminal defense attorneys. Good luck!
