I'm not sure where this comes from, so one detail isn't clear to me -

PC = Penal Code

211 = robbery

2 = second degree

u = ???

f = felony

I assume it's a code listed somewhere indicating somebody is charged with second degree robbery, a felony. Without further details, that's the best I can do.
