peeping tom/video surveillance

My neighbor has installed a surveillance camera on his garage that is pointed at my deck where I sit outside. Is this legal? What should I do?

If it is equiped with a zoom lens then it is a violation of your privacy rights. You may seek court action to have him respect your rights if your neighbor refuses your most reasonable request for its removal. Call me directly at 1.619.222.3504.
