What is the penalty for the State of California and Florida when a false name is given to the arresting police officer

I have no idea about Florida, but in California, it's a misdemeanor to falsely identify yourself during a detention or arrest. It's in Penal Code section 148.9 and carries up to 6 months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine.
