Two people charged for same drug arrest

The local drug inforcement raided our apartment and found 1.1 grams of meth. My boyfriend told them it was his that night and also on stand during trial. The jury found us both guilty of possesion and possesion for sale of the same 1.1 grams. We have no piors and they also went two days over on the prelim and one week over on the trial. We did not waive any time. A writ for dismissal of time was not granted because it showed no predjuice. Is this legal?

You should obtain a copy of all of the court documents that are available to you. Then arrange for an attorney review these documents. If you lack the funds to retain an attorney for this purpose, file a notice of appeal and request the appointment of an appellate attorney.
