if a person accepts a plea bargin and gets out of jail on a cruize wavier can that person withdrawl their plea

When you take a plea deal and part of the deal is you get out of custody on a cruz waiver, you have told the court that if you don't come back on the date for sentencing, all bets are off and the judge could give you up to the max on the charge. Withdrawing a plea is not impossible, but it is very difficult. You need strong grounds for such a motion, or you need a lenient judge. I wish you well.....David Wallin
