Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
When a person appears on a misterminer "Driving on a suspended license"and the courts have no record of said citation even with proof you were there for court as promised can the courts issue a warrant for your arrest one month later?is this false arrest

When you appeared in court, you should have been told to contact the DA's office in about 30 days to see if they file the case. They obviously filed it later than your citation states and should have written you a letter. I wish you well.......David Wallin
