Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Please help me

A person gave drugs to my girlfriend and was the supplier of this incident. She was there for two days and was given drugs by this person. He also knew of her history of not being able to do drugs without tripping out.He knew this because of him seeing it before and from me telling him to not give her drugs and to stay away from her. With that being said she left there and was up for another 2 days which was a total of 4 days no sleep which lead to her suicide. Her mom told me she was scared of people after her and such which was her hallucinating from the drug.Do I have any case against this person for giving her drugs?Involuntary Manslaughter or anything else? I just dont know what to do or where to start but he should be responsible for this in my eyes. I lost the most important person in my life from a drug dealer giving her it for free in hopes of some kind of return. Please help me Thank You

Re: Please help me

Sorry you lost your girlfriend. I would contact your local police department. And I would encourage her next of kin to sue the drug dealer.
