Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
petition 1203.4
What kind of service is mentioned in petition 1203.4 excluding an amount of dollars fine? What should I fill out for service in this petition? Do I need to have an attorney for a motion withdraw (1203.4)and how much does it cost (I just want to make sure if I can afford)?

The service fee referred to in this matter is for the probation department to research your record and report to the court. The fee was less than $100. However, I have not checked on the fee for several years. You fill out the form provided by the probation department, and submit it along with the required fee. It takes about 90 days for this process to be completed.
